(1) Implement the national development strategy,

international economic cooperation and investment

measures for currency system, cultivate & develop the city
and rural market and push forward the adjustment for
industrial structure, chain operation, logistics &
distribution and e-government and other modern currency
ways.
(3) Research and draw up the policies for
regulating the currency market system and the order of it
and the policies for breaking the marketing monopoly and
regional blockage. Establish and perfect the market system
into unite, open, competitive and order one. Inspect and
analysis the market operation and the demand & supply of
commodities; Arrange and carrying out the market control of
important consumable and the currency management of
important productive materials.
(4) Draft the local statutes & regulations on
commodity & material currency and legislate the implement
detail & marketing rule on them; investigate & study key
problems on currency and put forward relative suggestions
and policies. Take charge ofthe sales & auction of living
necessity as oil & alcohol and the inspection & supervision
of hock so or.
(5) Faithfully implement the national policies
such as the administrative measures, catalogue and quota
biding of import & export products; Take charge of the edit,
report, assignment, arrangement & implement of import &
export quota and the administration of quota & license.
(6) Study out & propel the development of
“Develop business through science and technology” tactic,
carry out the national policies of foreign technological
exchange, import & export control and encourage the export
of technology and full set of equipment. Enhance the
standardization construction of import & export trade;
Illegally inspect the technology innovation, equipment
import and the technology which is forbidden for export by
nation and the export & re-export of technology which is
introduced form outside; In responsible for the
administration of license issue on the export of
radiate-proof products.
(7) Implement the national strategy, guidelines
and policies on the import & export of electric & mechanical
products. Draw up & carry out the long-term development plan
& annual indicated plan for the import & export of electric
& mechanical products in Hebei Province. Legislate, organize
& implement the bid inviting regulations & the management
measures of provincial electric & mechanical products.
Inspect illegally on the bid inviting of electric &
mechanical products import project; undertake the first
trial of the bid inviting agency which engage in the
outsourcing of electric & mechanical products on engineering
and construction. Take charge of the import of equipment and
